時間過得很快，人的好惡亦可以變得很快！

有些情況、想法、印象是很難改變的，即使能變亦非一朝一夕的事；不如改變自己來得實際一點。

今天收到同事寄來的一個電郵，在沒有心理準備下，我一面看一面禁不住流下淚來.............

2009 年只過了差不多兩個月，但感覺上好像過了半年那麼長。

原來人人都有一個小宇宙，在緊急關頭便會發揮出它的威力來...........

偶然看看案頭上的年曆，發覺下星期便是聖誕節了。時間過得真快！2008年也快要結束了！

相熟的朋友都知道我是一個愛把時間表排得密密麻麻的人，我很怕浪費時間，也常常抱怨時間不夠用。不過，無論怎樣忙，感覺仍是愜意和充實的。

可是，近來忙碌的日子卻令我感到不安.............

過去幾個月一直在忙，除了要應付很多大大小小的決定外，還要適應很多新事物和「新人類」。表面看似逐漸安定下來的生活，實際上又好像充滿未知之數。眼前的一切是新鮮的，刺激的和具挑戰性的，所以覺得最近的時間過得特別快，快得有點趕不上的感覺！

想不到傷害中國人的言論來完一個又一個。繼CNN的主播後，又來一個Sharon Stone!!

以下是她在影展上被記者問到其對四川地震的感受時所發表的「偉論」原文：

Reporter: Have you heard about the earthquake in CHINA? 

Sharon Stone: Of Course I have. 

Reporter：How you feel about it? 

Sharon Stone：You know it’s very interesting because you know at first I am  unhappy about the way that the Chinese are treating the Tibetans because I think anyone shouldn’t be unkind to anyone else. So I have been very concerned about to how to… things and what to do about that. Because I dont like THAT. And I have been concerned about.. oh… how should we deal with the Olympics because they haven’t been nice to the Dalai Lama, who is a good friend of mine.. and the earthquake… and all the stuff happened… I think … is that KARMA? when you’re not nice that the bad things happen. And I got a letter from the Tibetan Foundation, they want to go and to be helpful. And that made me CRY. and they asked me if I want to write a quote about that.. and I said I would (for) that is a big lesson to me that sometimes you have to learn to put your head down to be at service to people who aren’t nice to you. And that is a BIG lesson to me.

地震發生後數小時，溫總理已經起程前往災區。這位現年65歲的老人家在短短四天內走遍多個重災區，除了視察災情，亦實地指揮救災工作；甚至因親自「出手」救人而令自己受傷。當他看見孩子被壓在大石下時，他哭了；當我聽見他對等待救援的孩子哽咽地說：「我是溫家寶爺爺，孩子們一定要挺住，一定會得救.....」，我也哭了....

自512開始，我的情緒持續低落。每天看到的聽到的都是有關四川地震的災情報導。隨著救援隊伍陸續抵逹各主要災區，災情的「真面目」才逐漸被揭開。
